The book, New Moon, continues with the action-packed love story between Edward Cullen and Bella Swan. When Edward leaves Bella after his brother attacks her during an incident, she is left depressed, distressed, and lonely. She is in this condition for months until her ally, Jacob Black, becomes her best friend, becomes her rock, and helps her get relief from the sorrow. However, dangerous forces are acting up again and becoming a threat to both sides of the fight. Will Edward come back into Bella’s life and put the pieces back together in their relationship? Will the drama between them get resolved and forgiven? Or will the danger prevent them from coming back together…forever?

New Moon by Stephanie Meyer was written beautifully with immense emotions. I enjoyed how she used emotions between the characters, imagery, and highlighted the characters throughout the story. Stephanie Meyer did a wonderful job continuing Bella and Edward’s romantic relationship, by adding drama and action that made this story unique. I would recommend this book to anyone 13+ years old and rate this a bold 5/5 stars! This book won the Senior Young Reader’s Choice Award in 2009.
