Teen Book Review: Always the Almost

Miles is a trans boy. During New Years he makes a resolution to win his ex-boyfriend back. But someone new moves to his town who is queer and makes Miles’ happy. You watch him navigate his life whilst trying to find someone who loves him, for him.

I really liked this book because I think it accurately displayed how someone’s life might be like. I think you would like this book if you are part of the LGBTQIA+ community because it really highlights factors that someone might go through. I think someone would like this book because it shows the good, but also the bad, and the struggles people go through.
