Use this form to renew eligible interlibrary loan items requested through Cedar Mill and Cedar Mill Bethany libraries. Renewals are subject to lending library approval.

Item due date will be extended for two weeks once staff processes the renewal request. (Due date will not automatically update; overdue fines will not accrue in the interim.)

  • If the lender denies the renewal, you will be contacted by phone or email.
  • If the lender grants a renewal, the due date may change without notification.
