Do I need to wear a mask when picking up my holds?
Yes. Staff will also be wearing masks for your protection.

Why does an item I returned still say it’s checked out to me?

Can I get assistance with a question? Yes! We are available by phone, email, or in-person during our holds pickup service hours.

Can I pay a fine? Yes, pay fines online at wccls.org. If you have questions about charges on your account, please contact us.
