Cedar Mill & Bethany Community Libraries serve 80,000 residents in the unincorporated communities of Washington County, less than 10 miles from downtown Portland. Our libraries are members of the Washington County Cooperative Library Service (WCCLS) that provides funding, technology, courier and other vital support. Cedar Mill & Bethany Community Libraries is a non-profit organization that is a much-loved community asset with more than 2 million items borrowed each year.

- How do you measure if a program or event is successful? Give 3 examples of quantitative and qualitative measurements you use.
- Provide one example of an outreach service that would fit within the Cedar Mill & Bethany Libraries’ service area. Describe the audience, the objectives, and the plan to implement it.

Pay is based on qualifications and may include a non-English language differential; range starts at $27.00 per hour. Benefits include Kaiser Health insurance, Vision, Dental insurance, Life and Disability insurance for employee. Health and Childcare Flexible Spending Account available. Library contributes to a 403(b) retirement plan after 1 year but employees may contribute sooner. The position is 40 hours per week, currently Tuesday through Saturday and is based at the main Cedar Mill Library.
