Summer reading looks different this year. We can’t gather in person yet, so we’re bringing some fantastic performances to you at home!  Local performers have recorded special shows perfect for all ages to enjoy online.

Starting this week, on July 9, Dragon Theater will present “Little Bugs Big World” Puppet Show! Check out our Facebook page to see the performances each Thursday July 9-August 6 at 10:30 am.

More upcoming shows:

July 16: The Friendly Little Unicorn Dragon Theater

July 23: The Reluctant Dragon Puppet Show- Dragon Theater

July 30: Magic Show with Elsa and Anna from Frozen- Dragon Theater

August 6: Angel Ocasio’s Comedy Show

Summer reading is a fun (and free!) way to encourage reading for all ages. Research has shown that library summer reading programs  enhance student achievement, improve reading and comprehension skills, and more.

Enjoy our weekly storytimes,  STEM and craft activities, summer reading shares, DIY scavenger hunt, and daily reading challenges for each month!  Check out our Kids Summer Reading page for details.
