Do your kids need a little incentive to do their daily reading over the summer? Reading to a dog (or other animal) can be a great motivator! Kids often feel more relaxed reading to a furry friend, and less self conscious about making mistakes.
Although our Read to the Dogs program is on hold due to COVID, there are some other options to explore. Pet Partners is encouraging kids to read to a pet at home in the “We Are All Ears” program.
