Frequently Asked Questions

OBOB is a statewide reading program sponsored by the Oregon Association of School Libraries. More on the OBOB website.

We will have the list available in the summer (or as soon as the official list is available).
We purchase multiple copies of each OBOB title. Place holds on all the titles you need. We also offer two Kindles at each location for 3rd-5th division and two that combine the titles from 6-8 and 9-12 divisions. Some audiobook versions are available on CD or Playaway. Many are available as ebooks and eaudiobooks on OverDrive/Libby.
Not all the titles are available for purchase or compatible with our Kindles.

We offer OBOB 101 for Grown Ups in October of each year and trivia events for grades 3-5 and 6-8 in December.

Every year we offer unofficial practice questions for grades 3-5. Some years we are able to offer questions for grades 6-8.

We publish some practice questions for grades 3-5 in September. We share the rest after our December trivia events.
