Know a young child who is learning to read? Want to know how to support them to become a strong independent reader? Join us for a free talk called “Supporting Your Child’s Literacy in Kindergarten through 3rd grade” by local Reading Specialist Rachell Keys on November 8 from 6:30-7:30 pm.
This presentation offers literacy development information and research-based strategies using the Science of Reading approach as well as practical techniques and resources for parents and caregivers. There are two options to attend- in person or online (online registration required). There will be time for Q&A, so bring your questions. Adults only, please.
Get more details and register for this valuable Parent Information Series workshop. If attending online, a Zoom link will be emailed one hour before program. For in person attendees, join us in our Elm & Oak Meeting Rooms upstairs at Cedar Mill Library. We hope to see you there!
