Many children in our local community grow up exposed to two or more languages from birth. Our libraries recognize the importance of supporting young children in learning and strengthening their home language, preparing them to be successful multi-language learners.

Cedar Mill and Bethany Community Libraries will offer storytimes in Mandarin, Spanish, Korean and Hindi once a month starting in February 2024.  All programs serve ages 2-6 and include stories, songs, and more!
