Teens, join us for some virtual Yoga! This class is perfect for teens who would like to experience the quieter side of yoga. We will explore movement, breath and visualization aimed at calming the nervous system and developing peace and acceptance. This is a great opportunity for teens to learn skills that will support with public speaking, test-taking, and the everyday stressors of living in the 21st century in a supportive environment. No yoga experience necessary, everyone ages 11-18 are welcome. Registration is required and a zoom link will be sent out the day of the event.
