Wallet Hub just named Portland the “2018 Best Food City in America” and Wine Enthusiast Magazine named the Willamette Valley its “Worldwide Wine Region of the Year” in 2016. Portland now has a solid reputation as a new culinary Mecca. How in the world did we get here? A number of factors combined to build this culinary bully over time. He will also share examples of the Willamette Valley’s buffet of eateries and will read inspiring stories from his book. This program is free and will appeal to adults, ages 18+.
