The Cedar Mill & Bethany Community Libraries Association (CMBCLA) operates according to various laws, rules and policies related to both library use and governance. As a member of the Washington County Cooperative Library Service (WCCLS), the CMBCLA follows library use policies developed by WCCLS related to borrowing, registration, fines and loan periods. Policies may be found on wccls.org.
As an independent nonprofit organization that operates two libraries, the CMBCLA has adopted policies related to areas such as governance, finance, behavior, donations, and internet access. If the policies have not yet been added to our website, or if you have any questions about policies, please contact the Executive Director or Business Office.
