Looking for tax information? Read more...
It’s tax season again, and our librarians are ready to help you find the forms, instructions and publications you need.
NOTE: The IRS announced in January that due to budget cuts, libraries will not receive printed tax publications for distribution. This means that no one (public libraries and post offices) will have booklets for pickup. Printed form distribution has also been reduced.
We know this is unwelcome news for many of our patrons. The libraries offer several ways to help you get the information you need for this tax season. You can:
- Use library computers to read, review and print any IRS or Oregon tax form or publication (Printing 10 cents / page)
- Read digital documents using an iPad while in the library (2-hour checkout; library card required; see the Adult Information Desk at Cedar Mill Main for details)
- Find tax-related books for checkout and in-house reference
