As a non-profit, the Cedar Mill & Bethany libraries are governed by an 11 member volunteer Board of Directors. The board is now accepting nominations to fill upcoming vacant positions. (to start October, 2013) Board members serve for 3 year terms. Board candidates must be members of the library association.
If you interested in learning more about board service or library governance, please Peter Leonard, Executive Director at 503-644-0043 ext. 110. You are also welcome to attend a board meeting. Regular
meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 PM in the upstairs meeting room at the Cedar Mill Library. Meetings are open to the public.
