In present day London, Jackie is pregnant and knows her husband Mark is not the father. She insists that she has been faithful to him. Mark and their son JJ don’t know what to say. Second Coming follows this close family over a year as they navigate their way through family life in the aftermath of an unexplained pregnancy.
Film Club programs are free, open to the public and are shown in the Cedar Mill Library’s upstairs meeting room. Bonus short films are shown at 6:15 pm followed by the evening’s feature film at 6:30 pm. Selected films may contain objectionable material; therefore Film Club attendance is recommended for adults, aged 18 and over. Coffee, tea and popcorn are provided, and participants are welcome to stay after the film for discussion.
